Agricultural Development Trends and Employment Prospects for Agriculture-related University Students

农业强国是社会主义现代化强国的根基,必须加快建设农业强国,全面推进乡村振兴,大力推进农业农村现代化建设,加强党的全面领导。目前,涉农专业大学生就业情况持续改善,但是仍然面临产业需求、政策待遇、创业环境等机遇与挑战。为探索涉农专业大学生就业困境的出路,从育人新体系、发展新方向、培养新范式、时代新青年四个角度找到科学有效的解决方案,遵循砥砺前行、科学应变、守正创新、厚植情怀的原则,大力培养有知农爱农情怀、强农兴农本领的时代新人、创新人才,为加快建设农业强国而努力奋斗。

A strong agriculture is the foundation of a great modern socialist country.It is imperative to speed up the building of a strong agriculture,advance rural revitalization across the board and vigorously promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.At present,employment of college students in agriculture-related majors has been continuously improving while still facing challenges from industrial demands,welfare policies,and entrepreneurship environment.To explore ways out of the employment dilemma of these students and find scientific and effective solutions from perspectives of new educating system,new developing direction,new training paradigm,new era youth,under principles of forging ahead,responding to changes with well-planned actions,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,and keeping traditional beliefs,efforts are called to vigorously foster new innovative talents of times holding passion,belief,knowledge and skills in agricultural prosperity and speed up building strong agriculture.
