现代信息技术对肺癌患者围手术期呼吸功能锻炼及术后并发症的影响

The effect of modern information technology on the perioperative respiratory function exercise and postoperative complications in patients with lung cancer

目的探讨现代信息技术对肺癌患者围手术期呼吸功能锻炼及术后并发症的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年9月于复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院胸外科行胸腔镜肺癌手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用微信、移动电脑、多媒体等现代信息技术,进行多阶段呼吸功能锻炼。比较两组对呼吸功能锻炼的认知水平、掌握程度及锻炼的依从性及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组对呼吸功能锻炼的知晓率、掌握度及依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围手术期利用现代信息技术,对肺癌患者呼吸功能锻炼进行多途径多阶段干预有利于提高患者对呼吸功能锻炼的认知、熟练程度和依从性,降低患者术后相关并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of modern information technology on the perioperative respiratory function exercise and postoperative complications in patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with wechat,mobile computer,multimedia and other modern information technology on the basis of the control group to intervene the respiratory function exercise of lung cancer patients.The cognitive level,mastery degree and compliance on the respiratory function exercise,postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate,mastery degree and compliance of respiratory function exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence in complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period,the use of modern information technology to carry out multi-channel and multi-stage intervention on respiratory function exercise in patients with lung cancer is conducive to improving patients'cognition,proficiency and compliance of respiratory function exercise,and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
