乡村图书馆服务效能的影响因素及提升路径研究--以福州、泉州为例

Research on the Influencing Factors and Promotion Path of Rural Library Service Efficiency:Case Stuty of Fuzhou and Quanzhou

[目的/意义]乡村图书馆作为乡村公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,提升服务效能对实现乡村文化振兴具有重要意义。[方法/过程]对福州、泉州两地区的17个乡村图书馆开展实地调查,对村干部、图书馆管理员、普通村民等进行半结构化访谈,运用扎根理论分析乡村图书馆服务效能的影响因素。[结果/结论]环境维度、用户维度、供给维度和服务维度之间的关系构成了乡村图书馆服务效能影响因素的模型,提出乡村图书馆服务效能提升路径的针对性建议。

[Purpose/significance] Rural library is an important part of rural public cultural service system.Improving service efficiency is of great significance to realize rural culture revitalization.[Method/process] This paper investigates 17 rural libraries in Fuzhou and Quanzhou,conducts semi-structured interviews with village cadres,library administrators and ordinary villagers,and analyzes the factors affecting the service efficiency of rural libraries by applying the rooted theory.[Result/conclusion]The relationship among environment dimension,user dimension,supply dimension and service dimension constitutes the model of the factors affecting the service efficiency of rural library,and puts forward the targeted suggestions on the way to improve the service efficiency of rural library.
