The two combinations between basic tenets of Marxism with China's specific realities,and the basic principles of Marxism with the fine traditional Chinese culture(Hereinafter referred to as"two combina-tions"),is a new leap forward in adapting Marxism to China and times.The"two combinations"provides rich ideological resources and strong theoretical support for the course"Basic Principles of Marxism"(Hereinafter re-ferred to as"Principles"course)teaching.The"two combinations"integrates into the teaching of"Principles"course in explicit and implicit ways.The three historicalleaps of Sinicization of Marxism in the"First combina-tion"have already been verified by history without construction.Although the"second combination"on the sur-face presents"the difference between the ancient and the modem,the difference between the east and the west",the essence is the integration and agreement between the basic principles of Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Under the principles of adhering to the integration concept of integrity and innovation,integration angle of comprehensiveness and emphasis,integration way of learning before teaching,explaining the theoretical basis of integrating"two combinations"into the teaching of"Principles",planning the key contents integrated into each chapter,and putting forward the teachers'new requirements in knowledge structure,research focus,teaching ability and other aspects.
