The people-centered philosophy of development is the theoretical crystallization of Marxism in China and the times,is the major principle must be grasped of building socialist modern country in an all-round way.It contains value standpoint including dominant position of human,fundamental interests of human,common prosperity of human,harmonious co-Existence between human and nature,all-round development of human and so on,has deep view of social and historical perspective.The article explains ide-ological content and philosophical implication about four aspects:To safeguard and realize the interests of human,improve human's quality and ability,highlight the dominant position of human,promote moderni-zation of people-centered Social modernization.The fundamental purpose is to put the people-centered phi-losophy of development practice,propel the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by Chinese-style mod-ernization,meet the People's new expectations for a better life,promote free and all-round development of human.
