摘要
感染后肠易激综合征(post-infectious irritablebowel syndrome,PI-IBS)是肠易激综合征的一个亚型,发生于急性肠道感染恢复后。中医药治疗PI-IBS有明确疗效,具有依从性高、费用少的特点。文章通过梳理中医药治疗PIIBS的报道,从病因病机、治疗方法两方面对中医药治疗PI-IBS进行综述。
Post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome(PI-IBS)is a subtype of irritable bowel syndrome that occurs after recovery from an acute intestinal infection.Chinese medicine has clear efficacy in the treatment of PI-IBS,with high compliance and low cost.This article reviews the treatment of PI-IBS with Chinese medicine in terms of its etiology,pathogenesis and treatment approach by compiling and synthesizing reports on the treatment of PI-IBS.
