后溪穴治疗颈肩腰腿痛机理发微

Analysis on the Mechanism of Houxi Point in Treating Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain

后溪穴首见于《灵枢·本输》,为手太阳小肠经之腧穴,亦是八脉交会穴之一,通于督脉。后溪穴在临床运用十分广泛,对于颈肩腰腿痛证的治疗尤为有效。知其源,悟其理,守其则,方能践其行。文章从穴性(小肠经穴、五输穴之腧穴、八脉交会穴)与同名经脉、董氏奇穴、第二掌骨全息理论几个角度探讨后溪治疗颈肩腰腿痛的应用原理,以期为后溪临床治疗颈肩腰腿痛提供理论支持。

The Houxi acupoint was first seen in Lingshu·Benshu,it is the Shu acupoint of the Small Intestine meridian of hand Taiyang,and it is also one of the meeting points of the eight meridians,which is connected to the Du meridian.Houxi acupoint is widely used in clinical practice,and it is especially effective for the treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain syndrome.Knowing its origin,comprehending its principles,and abiding by its rules can only be practiced.In order to provide a strong and solid theoretical support for Houxis clinical treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,this article discusses its application from the perspectives of the acupoints'nature(small intestine meridian acupoint,the Shu acupoint of Wushu acupoints,one of the intersection acupoints of the eight meridians),meridian of the same name,Dongs special acupoints,and the second metacarpal bone holographic theory.
