摘要
目的调查分析学习资源型微信公众号在眼科医学教学中的使用情况,以调整教学策略、优化教学改革。方法我院眼科教研团队利用微信公众号构建面对学生的眼科学在线教学资源。在眼科学教学中使用后自行设计本科生对眼科学微信公众号的使用评价调查问卷,采用随机抽样方法,2022年10月对海南医学院461名在校全日制学生进行横断面调查。结果93.1%的学生关注了微信公众号,其中关注4~5个及1~3个医学公众号的同学占比分别为37.1%与35.1%;学生主要集中在饭后(67.68%)和睡前(59.00%)使用微信公众号查看推送信息。46.6%的学生登录本公众号的频率为每周1~2次;使用频率最高的板块是眼科教学(眼科学),达到42.7%;83.59%的学生认为公众号可拓宽视野。眼科教学、精选课程、病例分享和科普推广四个栏目满分评分的比例均超过50%。不同专业学生在眼科学教学、精选课程和病例分享方面比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在科普推广方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历学生在眼科学教学、精选课程、病例分享和科普推广方面比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论学习资源型微信公众号在眼科医学教育中的使用促进眼科医学教育的改革,丰富了传统医学课堂的不足,弥补了理论教学的抽象,实现对眼科医学教育教学全过程把控和评价的补充,鼓动更多医学生积极主动参与,是完善学习渠道、拓宽专业知识的正规途径,有助于“智慧化医学课堂”的构建。
Objective To investigate and analyze the use of learning resource-based WeChat official account in the teaching of ophthalmology.Methods The teaching and research team of ophthalmology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University used WeChat official account to build online teaching resources for students.A self-designed questionnaire was applied to evaluate the undergraduate students’use of the WeChat official account.In October 2022,a random sampling method was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of 461 full-time students in Hainan Medical College.Results Among the students,93.1%paid attention to WeChat official account,of which the students who paid attention to 4-5 and 1-3 medical official account accounted for 37.1%and 35.1%,respectively.Students mainly used WeChat official account to view push information after meals(67.68%)and before going to bed(59.00%).46.6%of students logged into this official account 1-2 times a week.The most frequently used section is ophthalmology teaching(ophthalmology),accounting for 42.7%.Among the students,83.59%thought that the official account can broaden their horizons.The proportion of full marks in the four columns of ophthalmology teaching,selected courses,case sharing,and science popularization promotion exceeded 50%.There was no statistically significant difference between students from different majors in ophthalmology teaching,selected courses,and case sharing(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between students with different educational backgrounds in ophthalmology teaching,selected courses,case sharing,and popular science promotion(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of learning resource-based WeChat official account in ophthalmic medicine education promotes the reform of ophthalmic medicine education,enriches the shortcomings of traditional medicine classes,makes up for the abstraction of theoretical teaching,realizes the supplement of control and evaluation of the whole process of ophthalmic medicine education and teaching,and encourages more medical students to participate actively.It is a formal way to improve learning channels and broaden professional knowledge,which contributes to the construction of"intelligent medical class".
