基于开阖理论研究朱宗元教授治疗变应性鼻炎的临床经验

Clinical Experience of ZHU Zongyuan in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis Based on Opening-Closing Theory

介绍朱宗元教授治疗变应性鼻炎的临床经验,认为肺为华盖,居于人体最上部,容易受邪侵袭而致开阖失司,不能完成人体正常的气机升降出入,新陈代谢,津液布散。进而导致人体免疫功能失调发生此病。其认为治疗变应性鼻炎应以调节开阖、通调免疫、祛邪开窍为主,只有从根本论治才能使机体的免疫功能恢复正常。选择过敏煎为主合用桂枝加葛根汤、苍耳子散加减作为治疗变应性鼻炎的主方,以达调节气机升降出入、恢复正常开阖之功效。

Professor ZHU Zongyuan's clinical experience in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is introduced.He thinks that the lung is the canopy of the human body,which is located at the top of the body.It is easy to be attacked by pathogenic factors,resulting in the abnormal opening and closing of the body.It can not complete the normal Qi movement,metabolism and body fluid dispersion.And then the immune function of human body is abnormal.He thinks that the treatment of allergic rhinitis should be based on regulating the opening and closing,regulating immunity,removing pathogenic factors and opening orifices.Only from the fundamental treatment can the body's immune function be restored to normal.Guomin Decoction(过敏煎)combined with Guizhi Jia Gegen Decoction(桂枝加葛根汤)and Cangerzi Powder(苍耳子散)was selected as the main prescription for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,so as to achieve the effect of regulating the descending and ascending of Qi and restoring the normal opening and closing.
