加减乌梅丸对结直肠癌治疗的研究进展

Research Progress in Treatment of Colorectal Cancer with Modified Wumei Pill(加减乌梅丸)

加减乌梅丸作为在临床使用频率较高的方剂之一,有巨大的研究价值。分别从古籍文献与现代医家思想总结加减乌梅丸对结直肠癌治疗的中医理论基础;从改善胃肠功能紊乱症状(如腹泻、便秘便血、情志不振、纳呆乏力),改善放射性直肠炎相关症状,降低结直肠癌总体复发率,防止肠道多发性息肉癌变等要点对加减乌梅丸在临床上对于结直肠癌的治疗作用进行阐述;并对其与信号转导及转录激活蛋白6(signal transducer andactivator of transcription 6,STAT6)、Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)、核因子κB p65(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB p65)、凋亡相关因子(factor related apoptosis,Fas)蛋白、凋亡相关因子配体(factor related apoptosis ligand,FasL)蛋白、上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)蛋白、氨基酸末端激酶/Wnt(Jun N-terminal kinase,JNK/Wingless/Integrated,Wnt)通路、白介素、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群比例等实验研究方面展开综述,期望为后期进一步研究加减乌梅丸有关疗效提供参考依据。

As one of the prescriptions used frequently in clinic,Modified Wumei Pill(加减乌梅丸)has great research value.This paper summarized the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of colorectal cancer by Modified Wumei Pill from ancient books and modern doctors'thoughts.The clinical therapeutic effect of Modified Wumei Pill on colorectal cancer was described from improving the symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction such as diarrhea,constipation and hematostoecium,emotional depression and fatigue,improving the symptoms related to radiation proctitis,reducing the overall recurrence rate of colorectal cancer,preventing multiple intestinal polyps and cancerization.The combination of Modified Wumei Pill with signal transducer and activator of transcription 6(STAT6),Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),nuclear factor kappa-B p65(NF-κB p65),factor related apoptosis(Fas)protein,factor related apoptosis ligand(FasL)protein,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)protein,JNK/Wingless/Integrated,Wnt pathway,interleukin and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were reviewed.It is expected to provide reference for the further study on the curative effect of Wumei Pills.
