多指标正交试验优化损伤中期口服液的提取工艺

摘要 目的:优选损伤中期口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、柚皮苷含量及收膏率的综合评分作为评价指标进行L9(34)正交试验设计,优选损伤中期口服液的提取工艺。结果:优选出的最佳提取工艺为加水量9倍,提取1 h,提取3次。毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、柚皮苷的含量分别为36.19、673.91、825.81、903.85μg/mL,收膏率为32.28%,综合得分为99.19分。结论:优选的提取工艺重复性好,工艺稳定可靠,为该制剂生产的高效提取提供了理论依据。 Objective:To optimize the optimal extraction process for Sunshang Zhongqi oral liquid.Methods:The water addition,extraction time and extraction times were used as factors,and the content of galycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,hesperidin,neohesperidin,naringin and extract yield were used as the evaluation indexes.On the basis of single factor experiment,L9(34)orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction process of Sunshang Zhongqi oral liquid.Results:The optimum extraction process was determined to add nine times of water,extract for one hour and extract for three times.The average contents of galycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,hesperidin,neohesperidin and naringin were 36.19μg/mL,673.91μg/mL,825.81μg/mL and 903.85μg/mL,respectively.The average paste yield was 32.28%and the combined score was 99.19.Conclusion The optimized extraction process has good repeatability,stability and reLiability,which provides a basis for the efficient extraction of the preparation in mass production.
