党性教育是中国共产党人的“心学”。通过合理融摄“心学”修养心为本体、视良知、知行合一的三维特征,能够更好地把握“自律与他律”“部分与整体”“内化与外化”这3对关系,并以此激发党员的主体意识,塑造自律精神;兼顾集体与个人,将集体学习与个人学习有效结合;统一党员知行,加强理论修养,做起而行之的行动派,实现党性教育的目标。

Party spirit education is the"mind learning"of the CPC.By properly integrating the three-dimensional characteristics of"mind learning"cultivation center as the ontology,cultivating conscience,and integrating knowledge and action,we can better grasp the three relationships of"self-discipline and heteronomy","part and whole",and"internalization and externalization",and thus stimulate the subject consciousness of party members and shape their self-discipline spirit;Balancing collective and individual learning,effectively integrating collective learning with individual learning;Unify the knowledge and actions of party members,strengthen theoretical cultivation,act as an action oriented person,and achieve the goal of party spirit education.
