高职大数据与会计专业产教融合过程中的问题及优化策略

大数据与会计专业是高职院校的传统专业,该专业的人才培养随着社会需求的变化面临着新的挑战和机遇。为适应社会需求,许多高职院校尝试进行产教融合。本文以高职院校大数据与会计专业人才培养目标为切入点,阐述了产教融合对大数据与会计专业人才培养目标达成所起到的重要作用,分析了高职院校大数据与会计专业产教融合过程中存在的问题,并提出了优化策略,从而对高职构建以需求为导向的高素质技能型会计专业人才培养提供借鉴。

Big Data and Accounting majors are traditional majors in many vocational colleges.The talent cultivation of this major is facing new challenges and opportunities with the changes in social demand.In order to meet social demand,many vocational colleges try to carry out industry-university integration.Taking the talent cultivation goal of big data and accounting majors in vocational colleges as the starting point,this paper expounds the important role of industry-university integration in achieving the talent cultivation goal of big data and accounting majors,analyzes the problems existing in the process of industry-university integration for big data and ac-counting majors in vocational colleges,and puts forward optimization strategies,thus providing reference for vocational colleges to build high-quality skilled accounting majors with demand as the guide.
