教育情怀导向下学前教育专业学生职业素养培养路径探索

摘要 随着社会的发展,学前教育的质量越来越受到国家和社会的重视,学前教育专业学生的综合职业素养培育势在必行。教育情怀作为一种理想的职业情感,为职业素养培养提供了持久的内驱力,在学前教育专业学生职业素养培养中具有重要意义。教育情怀导向下,当前学前教育专业学生职业素养培养中存在一些问题,通过提高职业能力、深入启发情感、重拾职业信心等途径,将教育情怀的养成作为职业素养培养的底色,提高学前教育专业人才培养质量。 With the development of society,the quality of preschool education has been paid more and more attention by the country and the society.As an ideal professional emotion,educational feelings provide a lasting internal drive for the cultivation of professional quality,and play an important role in the cultivation of preschool students'professional quality.Under the guidance of educational feelings,there are some problems in the training of preschool students'professional quality.The cultivation of educational feelings as the background of professional quality training,to improve the quality of preschool professional training.
