摘要
实现食管癌的早诊早治一直是临床工作的目标以及医学研究的热点。然而,由于早期食管癌缺乏典型内镜下表现,病变的发现高度依赖内镜医生的经验,极易发生误诊、漏诊。目前,人工智能与消化内镜相结合辅助诊断早期食管癌已显示出良好的应用潜能,能显著提高早期食管癌的检出率。本文对人工智能在早期食管癌诊断及肿瘤浸润深度方面的应用进展、存在问题及发展前景进行了总结,以期为临床应用提供参考。
Early diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer has always been a goal of clinical work and a hot topic in medical research.However,due to the lack of typical endoscopic manifestations of early esophageal cancer,the diagnosis is highly dependent on the experience of endoscopists,which is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.At present,the combination of artificial intelligence and digestive endoscopy in diagnosing early esophageal cancer has shown good application potential,which can significantly improve the detection rate of early esophageal cancer.This paper summarized the application progress,existing problems and development prospects of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer and the prediction of the depth of tumor invasion,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
