摘要 精神分裂症(SZ)为临床常见精神疾病,当前尚未明确其具体发病机制。SZ患者症状表现各异,主要通过临床症状观察予以诊疗。尽管现今已发现多个SZ发病风险位点,然而仍缺乏为该病临床诊疗提供指导的客观指标。在现代科学技术不断发展背景下,蛋白组学分析技术在生物医学实验与研究领域得到了广泛应用,蛋白组学技术发展为SZ相关研究提供了新路径,为临床早期判定及更好诊治该病带来了希望。本文就蛋白组学研究技术、SZ脑组织蛋白组学及SZ体液蛋白组学研究进展作一综述,旨在揭示蛋白组学分析于SZ中应用情况,希望为了解SZ相关生理病理机制提供较为全面蛋白组学依据,同时为SZ临床早期识别、分层、更好控制病程进展以及改善患者预后提供参考。 Schizophrenia(SZ)is a common mental illness in clinic,but its specific pathogenesis has not yet been clarified.As symptoms of patients with SZ are different,diagnosis and treatment are carried out based on clinical symptoms.Although multiple risk loci for SZ have been found,there is still a lack of objective indicators to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.With continuous development of modern science and technology,proteomic analysis has been widely used in the field of biomedical experiments and research.The development of proteomic technologies provides a new path for SZ-associated research,and brings hope for early clinical identification and better diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Herein,the research progress of proteomics research techniques,brain tissue proteomics and humoral proteomics of SZ are reviewed,aiming to reveal the application of proteomic analysis in SZ,provide a more comprehensive proteomic basis for understanding the physiological and pathological mechanism of SZ,and provide reference for early clinical identification,stratification,better control of disease progression and improvement of the prognosis.
