Impact of industrial structure changes on green economic growth in Huaihai Economic Zone

以2003—2021年淮海经济区10个地级市为样本,利用SBM-Malmquist指数度量绿色经济增长,使用计量模型研究产业结构变动对绿色经济增长的直接影响,并检验绿色创新在其中的中介效应.结果表明,产业结构合理化与高级化对绿色经济增长均具有显著的正效应.中介效应分析显示,绿色创新是推动产业结构合理化、促进绿色经济增长的有效传导路径,但同时也削弱了产业结构高级化对绿色经济增长的正效应.应持续优化淮海经济区产业结构,通过制定有针对性的政策来强化绿色创新的正面效应,充分发挥绿色创新在优化升级产业结构、促进绿色经济增长中的重要作用.

Taking 10 prefecture-level cities in Huaihai Economic Zone from 2003 to 2021 as the research sample,the SBM-Malmquist index was utilized to measure green economic growth.An econometric model was employed to study the direct impact of industrial structure changes on green economic growth,and the intermediary effect of green innovation was tested.The results showed that the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure had significant positive effects on green economic growth.The analysis of intermediary effects demonstrated that green innovation was an effective transmission path to promote the rationalization of industrial structure and the growth of green economy.However,it also weakened the positive effect of advanced industrial structure on green economic growth.Based on this,it was recommended that the industrial structure should be optimized continuously,the positive effects of green innovation should be strengthened through targeted policies,and the promoting role of green innovation in improving the industrial structure and green economic growth should be fully utilized.
