摘要
目的:探讨我国竞技型游泳后备人才培养中存在的主要问题,并据此提出改进策略建议。研究结果表明,目前我国竞技型游泳后备人才培养存在的问题主要有:后备人才培养模式单一、教练员素质不高、人才选拔机制落后、竞技训练质量有待提升以及游泳竞技比赛机制欠缺等。改进策略建议为:(1)采用多元化培养模式,如分散培养、学校体育与社区俱乐部结合等,以培养全面发展的后备人才。(2)提高教练员培训和选拔标准,确保其具备专业指导能力。(3)建立科学、公正的选拔机制,确保人才选拔的公正性和科学性。(4)改善训练环境和加强科学训练,提高训练效果和竞技水平。(5)完善游泳竞技比赛机制,提供更多锻炼和竞争机会。(6)强调科技创新在后备人才培养中的应用,如运动追踪技术和生物力学分析等。
This study delves into major issues in the development of reserve talent in competitive swimming in China and proposes improvement strategies.The research findings show that current challenges in this domain include a monolithic training model,subpar coach quality,outdated talent selection mechanisms,a need for enhanced athletic training quality,and deficiencies in the competitive swimming competition system.Proposed improvement strategies include(a)advocating for a diversified training model,incorporating approaches such as decentralized training and integrating school sports with community clubs to foster comprehensive reserve talent.(b)Emphasis is placed on elevating standards for coach training and selection to ensure proficiency in professional guidance.(c)The establishment of a fair and scientific talent selection mechanism is deemed crucial.(d)Suggestions also encompass improving training environments,intensifying scientific training,and raising both training effectiveness and competitive levels.(e)Furthermore,refining the competitive swimming competition system to offer more opportunities for practice and competition is recommended.(f)The study underscores the application of technological innovations,such as motion tracking and biomechanical analysis,in the cultivation of reserve talent.
