运动与不运动老年人姿势平衡中的感觉交互作用研究

摘要 目的:对比运动与不运动老年人前庭、视觉和本体感觉在维持静态平衡中的作用,为预防老年人跌倒提供参考。方法:使用SunlightTetrax平衡诊断训练仪对运动老年人(203例)和不运动老年人(168例)进行不同站立条件稳定性系数(ST)测试。研究结果:①女性NC、PO、PC姿势ST低于男性(P<0.05)。②本体感觉功能受影响时,不运动老年人主要通过调节视觉,运动老年人通过调节前庭觉维持静态平衡。③NC、PO姿势下老年男性骑自行车运动组及PO姿势下老年女性广场舞组的ST低于散步组(P<0.05)。研究结论:规律运动通过改善前庭觉、本体感觉达到维持平衡能力的作用。广场舞、骑自行车可改善视觉或本体感觉受干扰情况下老年人的稳定性。 The objective of this study is to compare the effects of vestibule,vision and proprioception on the maintenance of static balance in the elderly with or without exercise,and to provide reference for the prevention of falls in the elderly.Methods:Stability Coefficient(ST)of the elderly with exercise(203 cases)and inactive elderly(168 cases)were tested under different standing conditions using Sunlight Tetrax balance diagnostic training apparatus.Results:(a)ST of women's NC、PO、PC posture was lower than that of men(P<0.05).(b)When proprioceptive function is affected,the elderly who do not exercise mainly regulate vision,while the elderly who exercise maintain static balance by regulating vestibular sense.(c)ST of the elderly male cycling exercise group and the elderly female square dancing group under NC and PO posture was lower than that of the walking group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular exercise can improve vestibular sense and proprioception to maintain the balance ability.Square dancing and cycling can improve the stability of the elderly when their vision or proprioception is disturbed.
