江苏省水产动物源气单胞菌的分离鉴定和耐药性分析

摘要 为调查水产动物源气单胞菌的流行规律和耐药情况,于2022年从江苏省南京、常州等地采集大宗淡水鱼和特种水产养殖动物发病样本310批次,进行气单胞菌的分离鉴定和药物敏感性测定。经鉴定,共分离得到气单胞菌775株,以嗜水气单胞菌和维氏气单胞菌占比较高,分别为53.94%(418/775)和36.77%(285/775)。药敏试验结果表明:气单胞菌分离株对8种抗菌药物均存在一定耐药性,其中对恩诺沙星的耐药率最低,仅为7.10%,敏感率最高(87.87%);而对磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶的耐药率最高,达47.23%。比较江苏省近3年抗菌药物对气单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)变化情况,恩诺沙星、硫酸新霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考和盐酸多西环素对菌株的MIC50在3年内均逐渐降低。研究结果可为江苏省水产动物源气单胞菌感染的防治提供一些数据支撑。 In order to investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of Aeromonas from aquatic animals,310 batches of the disease samples from the bulk freshwater fish and special aquaculture animals were collected from Nanjing,Changzhou and other cities in Jiangsu Province in 2022 for isolation,identification and drug sensitivity testing of Aeromonas.The results after identification showed that a total of 775 strains of Aeromonas were isolated,with A.hydrophila and A.veronii accounting for 53.94%(418/775)and 36.77%(285/775)respectively.The results of the drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated Aeromonas had certain resistance to 8 antibiotics,among which the resistance rate to enrofloxacin was the lowest,only 7.10%,and the sensitivity rate was the highest(87.87%).The resistance rate of Aeromonas to sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim was the highest,reaching 47.23%.Compared with the changes in the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of antibiotics against Aeromonas in Jiangsu Province in the past three years,the MIC 50 of enrofloxacin,neomycin sulfate,thiamphenicol,florfenicol and doxycycline hydrochloride against the strains gradually decreased within three years.The research results can provide some data support for the prevention and control of Aeromonas infection in aquatic animals in Jiangsu Province.
