Advances in the study of pain mechanisms and treatment of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome

股骨髋臼撞击综合征(femoroacetabular impingement,FAI)是一种以软骨、盂唇和软骨下骨等组织发生病理改变从而引起一系列局部症状的髋关节疾病,该病以局部疼痛和功能活动受限为主要临床表现,对患者的生活质量造成严重影响。尽管医学界对FAI的研究已取得一定进展,但对其疼痛产生的机制仍不完全明确。因此,深入探讨FAI疼痛的发生机制及治疗方案具有重要的临床意义。从髋关节解剖结构、生理病理等方面考虑,关节软骨、盂唇、软骨下骨及神经功能改变等因素均可诱发炎症反应,刺激外周疼痛感受器,导致髋关节疼痛的产生。本文就相关参考文献对FAI疼痛机制进行分析并探讨当前常见治疗方案,以期为FAI的诊治提供更多的参考依据。

Femoroacetabular impingement(FAI)is a disease of the hip joint that is characterized by pathological changes in the cartilage,glenoid labrum,and subchondral bone,causing a series of local symptoms.The main clinical manifestations of FAI are localized pain and limited functional activity,causing serious impacts on the quality of life of affected patients.Although some progress has been made in the study of FAI,the mechanism of its pain remains unclear.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to explore the mechanism of FAI pain and its treatment options.Considering hip joint anatomy and physiopathology,a series of factors like articular cartilage,glenoid labrum,subchondral bone,and altered nerve function can induce inflammatory reaction,stimulate peripheral pain receptors,and lead to the generation of hip joint pain.This paper analyzes the mechanism of FAI-induced pain and discusses the common treatment options,thus providing more references for the diagnosis and treatment of FAI.
