被动训练联合督导式预警性干预在呼吸衰竭机械通气患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨被动训练联合督导式预警性干预在呼吸衰竭(RF)机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法选取江西省贵溪市人民医院2021年6月至2023年5月收治的82例RF机械通气患者,以抽签法分为对照组(41例)、干预组(41例);对照组行常规干预,干预组行被动训练联合督导式预警性干预;对比两组肌力评分、预后相关指标、并发症及满意度情况。结果干预后,干预组肌力评定量表(MRC)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组机械通气时长、总住院时长较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组并发症总发生率(4.88%)较对照组(19.51%)低,总满意度(92.68%)较对照组(75.61%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论RF机械通气患者采用被动训练联合督导式预警性干预可改善肌力,缩短康复时间,减少并发症发生,提高满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of passive training combined with supervised early warning intervention in patients with respiratory failure(RF)mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 82 patients with RF mechanical ventilation admitted to Guixi People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from June 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control group(41 cases)and intervention group(41 cases)by drawing lots.The control group received routine intervention,and the intervention group received passive training combined supervised early warning intervention.Muscle strength scores,prognostic indicators,complications and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the MRC score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation duration and total hospitalization duration in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate(4.88%)in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(19.51%),and the total satisfaction rate(92.68%)was higher than that in the control group(75.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Passive training combined with supervised early warning intervention can improve muscle strength,shorten rehabilitation time,reduce complications,and increase satisfaction in patients undergoing RF mechanical ventilation.
