码头建设对感潮河段水生态影响研究

摘要 评价建设项目对生态环境的影响非常重要,本文依据《环境影响评价技术导则生态影响》(HJ 19—2022),以感潮河段珠江三角洲东海水道的码头建设项目为例,阐述了项目建设期和运营期对水生生态环境产生的影响,提出相应的环保管理措施。结果表明,项目位于感潮河段,研究水域没有集中的产卵场,受潮汐影响较小,大部分的水生生物物种为淡水生物;码头项目施工期对水生态系统的影响主要是底栖生物损失和鱼卵仔稚鱼损失;项目建成后运营期产生的污水均得到有效处理,不会对研究水域水生生态环境带来显著影响。 The evaluation of the impact of construction projects on the ecological environment is of paramount importance.This paper,based on the Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment-Ecological Impact(HJ 19—2022),takes the example of a port construction project in the tidal reach of the Pearl River Delta Donghai Channel to elucidate the impacts of both the construction phase and the operational phase on the aquatic ecological environment.It also proposes corresponding environmental protection measures.The results indicate that the project is located in a tidal reach where there is no concentrated spawning ground,and it is minimally affected by tides,with the majority of aquatic species being freshwater organisms.The primary impacts of the port project during the construction phase on the aquatic ecosystem are the loss of benthic organisms and the loss of fish eggs and larvae.After the project is completed and enters the operational phase,wastewater is effectively treated,and it does not have a significant impact on the aquatic ecological environment of the study area.
