急诊快速反应团队结合无缝隙干预对胎膜早破孕妇不良妊娠结局的影响分析

Analysis of the impact of emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention on adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes

目的探讨急诊快速反应团队结合无缝隙干预对胎膜早破孕妇不良妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院60例胎膜早破孕妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施急诊快速反应团队结合无缝隙干预。比较两组的不良妊娠结局和干预后孕妇的情况。结果观察组出现不良妊娠结局的总发生率低于对照组,出现脐带脱垂例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用急诊快速反应团队结合无缝隙干预,能较好地改善胎膜早破孕妇的不良妊娠结局,保障了孕妇自身及新生儿的生命安全,尽可能地避免了出现脐带脱垂的情况,新生儿也更健康,是优质的干预方式,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the impact of emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention on adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes.Methods 60 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention.Compare the adverse pregnancy outcomes and the situation of pregnant women after intervention between two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the number of cases of umbilical cord prolapse in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05);The Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion The use of an emergency rapid response team combined with seamless intervention can effectively improve the adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes,ensure the safety of both the mother and the newborn,and minimize the occurrence of umbilical cord prolapse in pregnant women,newborns are also healthier,making it a high-quality intervention method that is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
