康妇消炎栓联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效

The therapeutic effect of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探究慢性盆腔炎患者引入康妇消炎栓联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院68例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组进行常规对症治疗。试验组在对照组的基础上,辅助康妇消炎栓联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎患者应用康妇消炎栓联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,能够有效降低机体炎症因子水平,改善中医证候积分,提升综合疗效,且不会明显增加不良反应,患者接受度高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of introducing Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients.Method 68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into two groups according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group was supplemented with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules for treatment.Compare the clinical treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,enhance comprehensive therapeutic effects,and will not significantly increase adverse reactions.The patient acceptance is high,and it is worth promoting and applying clinically.
