围绝经期女性骨质疏松应用预见性护理的效果研究

A study on the effect of predictive nursing in the application of osteoporosis in perimenopausal women

目的探究对围绝经期女性患者开展预见性护理干预的效果。方法选取本科室86例围绝经期女性患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用预见性护理服务。随访6个月,比较两组患者骨密度、骨质疏松发生以及自我效能情况。结果干预后,观察组的骨密度以及下肢肌力水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨质疏松发生率明显低于对照组,锻炼效能评分以及补钙效能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对围绝经期女性开展预见性护理,可有效降低其骨质疏松症发生率,明显改善生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on perimenopausal female patients.Methods 86 perimenopausal female patients in our department were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received predictive nursing services.Follow up for 6 months and compare the bone density,occurrence of osteoporosis,and self-efficacy between the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,the bone density and lower limb muscle strength levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of osteoporosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the exercise efficacy score and calcium supplementation efficacy score were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive care for perimenopausal women can effectively reduce the incidence of osteoporosis,significantly improve their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
