人性化护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者手术室中的应用效果

The application effect of humanized nursing in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy

目的探讨人性化护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者手术室中的应用效果。方法选取本院60例实施腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用人性化护理,对比两组患者康复指标恢复的时间、护理前后的心理状况和生活质量。结果观察组患者首次排便时间、首次排气时间、卧床时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组,生活质量量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者手术室中应用人性化护理能够缩短患者住院时间,加快康复进程,改善其心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received humanized nursing care.The recovery time of rehabilitation indicators,psychological status before and after nursing care,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy can shorten their hospitalization time,accelerate the recovery process,improve their psychological state,and enhance their quality of life.
