综合性护理干预在预防妇科腹腔镜手术并发深静脉血栓中的应用效果

The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing deep vein thrombosis in gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的分析综合性护理干预在预防妇科腹腔镜手术并发深静脉血栓(DVT)中的应用效果。方法选取本院74例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。参照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合性护理干预,比较两组护理结果,包括DVT发生率、DVT症状评分、健康知识评分、DVT平均直径、下肢深静脉流速。结果护理后,观察组DVT总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组DVT症状评分、DVT平均直径低于参照组,健康知识评分、下肢深静脉流速高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预可有效预防妇科腹腔镜手术并发DVT的发生,并且有助于改善其下肢静脉血流速度,提高患者的手术治疗效果,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing deep vein thrombosis(DvT)in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 74 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Results After nursing,the observation group had lower DVT symptom scores and average DVT diameter than the reference group,while the health knowledge score and lower limb deep vein flow velocity were higher than the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of DvT in gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and help improve the lower limb venous blood flow velocity,enhance the surgical treatment effect of patients,with high application value.
