产后综合康复护理对产妇康复与产后抑郁的影响

The impact of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum recovery and postpartum depression

目的探讨产后综合康复护理对产妇康复与产后抑郁的影响。方法选取本院416例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各208例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合康复护理干预。比较两组产妇的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、产后恢复情况及不良事件发生情况。结果护理后,两组SAS评分与SDS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组入盆骨时间、恶露时间、泌乳始动时间短于对照组,盆底肌张力高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后综合康复护理能降低产妇产后焦虑、抑郁情绪水平,促进康复,降低不良事件发生率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the impact of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum recovery and postpartum depression.Methods 416 parturients from our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 208 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.Compare the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self rating depression scale(SDS)scores,postpartum recovery,and incidence of adverse events between two groups of postpartum women.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased compared to before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter pelvic entry time,lochia time,and lactation initiation time compared to the control group.The pelvic floor muscle tension was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive postpartum rehabilitation nursing can reduce postpartum anxiety and depression levels,promote recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
