初产妇围产期配偶支持现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of perinatal spouse support

目的了解初产妇围产期的配偶支持现状,以有效提高配偶支持度,提高初产妇围产期的照护质量,保证母婴健康。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年1-12月选取济南市某三甲医院538名初产妇围产期配偶为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、初产妇配偶支持量表和总体幸福感量表进行横断面调查研究。结果538名初产妇围产期的配偶支持得分为(89.24±15.12)分,总体幸福感得分为(82.41±9.14)分。多元线性回归分析显示,学历、居住情况、家庭经济月收入、婚龄和总体幸福感是初产妇围产期配偶支持感知的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论初产妇围产期的配偶支持处于较低水平。医护人员应该着重关注学历低、农村、家庭经济月收入低、婚龄时间短和总体幸福感低的初产妇围产期配偶,以提高初产妇围产期配偶支持度,改善初产妇围产期的照护质量。

Objective To understand the status quo of spouse support in the perinatal period of primipara,so as to effectively improve the degree of spouse support,improve the quality of perinatal care of primipara,and ensure the health of mother and child.Methods The perinatal spouses of 538 primipara were selected from a third-class hospital in Jinan City from January to December 2023 by convenience sampling method.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the general data questionnaire,the spouse Support Scale of primipara and the general happiness scale.Results The perinatal spousal support score of 538 primiparas was(89.24±15.12)and the total happiness score was(82.41±9.14).Multiple offline regression analysis showed that education background,living condition,family economic monthly income,marriage age and general happiness were the influencing factors of parturient parturient spousal support perception(P<0.05).Conclusion The perinatal spousal support of primipara was at a low level.Health care workers should focus on the perinatal spouses of primipara with low education,rural areas,low monthly family economic income,short marriage age and low overall happiness,so as to improve the perinatal spouse support and improve the quality of perinatal care of primipara.
