心理护理联合人文关怀在妇产科护理中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing

目的探讨心理护理联合人文关怀在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法选择56例产妇为研究对象,根据计算机随机数字表法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组28例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施心理护理联合人文关怀,比较两组临床指标、护理满意度、护理依从性及不良反应发生率。结果研究组生理功能、驱体功能、睡眠指标评分均低于对照组,社交功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应产生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合人文关怀在妇产科护理中的应用效果较好,能够改善其临床指标,减少不良反应产生率,且产妇护理满意度及护理依从性高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 56 parturients were randomly divided into control group and study group according to computer table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received psychological nursing combined with humanistic care.Clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physiological function,physical function and sleep indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of social function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with humanistic care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a good effect,can improve its clinical indicators,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and maternal nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance are high,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
