心理护理联合个体化健康教育在妇产科护理中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological nursing combined with individualized health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing

目的探讨心理护理联合个体化健康教育模式在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法选择58例产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施心理护理联合个体化健康教育,比较两组护理满意度及生活质量。结果研究组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合个体化健康教育在妇产科护理中应用效果较好,能够提升其护理满意度,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with individualized health education model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 58 cases of parturient women were selected as research objects and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,29 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received psychological nursing combined with individualized health education.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with individual health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a good effect,can improve their nursing satisfaction,improve their quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
