安全文化理念联合心理护理在妇产科护理中的应用效果

Application effect of safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing

目的探讨安全文化理念联合心理护理在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法选择54例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组27例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以安全文化理念联合心理护理,比较两组心理状态、护理管理成效、护理差错率及护理满意度。结果研究组心理状态各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量、安全意识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理差错率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安全文化理念联合心理护理在妇产科护理中的应用效果较好,能够提升其护理管理成效,改善心理状态,降低护理差错率,且患者满意度高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 54 patients were selected as study objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing.The psychological state,nursing management effectiveness,nursing error rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of mental state in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<o.05).The scores of nursing quality and safety awareness in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<o.o5).The nursing error rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety culture concept combined with psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a good effect,which can improve the effectiveness of nursing management,improve psychological state,reduce nursing error rate,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
