摘要
幼小衔接工作需要家长和幼儿园共同努力才能取得实效。家园协作能够更好地帮助儿童经验的连续发展,可以帮助学前儿童从生活、学习和社会交往等方面做好入学准备。幼儿园教师和家长应共同讨论和研究学前儿童的身心发展特征以及小学的学习要求,建构常态化的幼小衔接家园协作工作机制,建立科学的幼小衔接家园协作工作目标,通过建设幼小衔接教育资源库来提升对家园协作工作的支持性,保障家园协作的有效性。
The work of transitions from preschool to school needs the joint efforts of parents and kindergartens to achieve effective results.The collaboration between home and kindergarten can better help the continuous development of children’s experience,and can help preschool children prepare for school in terms of life,learning and social interaction.Kindergarten teachers and parents should jointly discuss and study the physical and mental development characteristics of preschool children and the learning requirements of primary schools,establish a normal cooperative working mechanism for preschool children’s connecting homes,establish a scientific cooperative working goal for preschool children’s connecting homes,and enhance the support for cooperative work and the effectiveness of cooperative work through the construction of a resource bank for preschool children’s connecting homes.
