苎麻纤维含量对麻棉混纺织物吸湿速干性能的影响研究

摘要 麻纺织品的吸湿速干性能已成为引导麻纺织品市场和销售的一大亮点.苎麻纺织品以其吸湿、透气等优良性能备受消费者青睐.为了研究麻棉混纺织物吸湿速干性能与苎麻纤维含量之间的关系,本文依据《天然吸湿速干麻纺织品》(FZ/T 34014—2022)对织物的吸湿速干性能进行测试,结果发现苎麻纤维含量对麻棉混纺织物的吸湿速干性能有显著影响,苎麻含量越高,麻棉混纺织物的滴水扩散时间越短,经、纬向芯吸高度越高,表明吸湿性越好;苎麻含量越高,其制备的纺织品透湿量越大,其汗液越容易挥发,吸湿速干性越好. Excellent moisture absorption and quick drying properties of ramie textiles has become a highlight to guide the market and sales of ramie textiles.Ramie textiles are favored by consumers because of its excellent qualities such as moisture absorption and air permeability.To study the relationship between the moisture absorption and quick drying performance of ramie cotton blended textiles and theirs content of ramie fiber,the method prescribed in FZ/T 34014-2022“Bast fibres textile products with natural moisture abserption and quick drying properties”is used for testing.The results show that the content of ramie fiber has a significant effect on moisture absorption and quick drying properties of ramie cotton blended textiles.The higher the ramie content is,the shorter the drip diffusion time of ramie textiles is,and the higher the wicking height is in the warp and weft directions,indicating better moisture absorption.The higher content of ramie shows the greater moisture permeability of its textiles,the easier sweat volatility,and the better moisture absorption and quick drying.
