大体量回填土强夯施工智能化提升与应用研究

摘要 针对寒冷地区低温环境大体量回填土强夯施工效率低、过程质量管控难、人机交叉作业安全隐患多等问题,依托物联网、数字化、智能感知等新一代信息技术,对传统强夯机械进行智能化改进,使之具备施工导航、夯点定位、施工记录等功能,实现了施工数据自动收集、分析计算、预警推送;强夯作业过程实时在线监控,提高质量管理效率和施工效率,在工程应用中取得了显著的效益;并对强夯智能化改造的技术路线和应用要点进行总结,提出了强夯施工智能化发展的思路和建议以供借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of low construction efficiency,difficult process quality control and many hidden dangers of human-machine cross operation in strong tamping construction of large volumn backfill soil in low temperature environment in cold regions,the traditional strong tamping compaction machinery is intelligently improved by relying on the new generation of information technology such as Internet of things,digitization and intelligent perception.It has the functions of construction navigation,tamping point positioning,construction record and so on,and realizes the automatic collection of construction data,analysis and calculation,early warning and push.The real-time on-line monitoring of the strong tamping operation process improves the quality management efficiency and construction efficiency,and has achieved remarkable benefits in engineering applications.The technical route and application points of strong tamping intelligent transformation are summarized,and the ideas and suggestions for the intelligent development of strong tamping construction are put forward for reference.
