基于无人机影像的沙漠综合治理监测验收技术研究

摘要 土地荒漠化治理是推进生态文明建设中的关键一环。传统方式在治理监测时依靠人工野外调查及遥感卫星影像,因面积广、遥感卫星精度受限等因素,测量精度较差,同时在验收中采用人工验收,效率低下。以内蒙古自治区通辽市山水林田湖草沙工程为例,利用RTK无人机正射影像、通过Context Capture软件建立模型,监测治理区域沙丘在治理后的移动情况,有效确认治理成效;在软件中和设计图纸进行比对,复核种植区域符合设计范围、复核种植苗木符合设计要求;通过低空视频拍摄提高苗木验收效率。基于无人机影像的沙漠综合治理监测、验收技术,可为促进荒漠化治理提供经验。 Land desertification control is an essential part in promoting ecological civilization construction.Traditional methods rely on manual field surveys and remote sensing satellite imagery for monitoring governance,but the measurement accuracy is poor due to factors such as wide area and limited accuracy of remote sensing satellites.Moreover,manual inspection during acceptance checks leads to low efficiency.Taking the mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass-sand project in Tongliao City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,a model is established using RTK UAV orthophotos and Context Capture software to monitor sand dune movement in the treated area,and the control effect is effectively confirmed;Compared with the design drawings in the software,the planting area is checked to meet the design scope,and the planting seedlings are checked to meet the design requirements.Efficiency in seedling acceptance is improved through low-altitude video recording.The monitoring and acceptance technology for comprehensive desert management based on UAV imagery can provide experience for promoting desertification control.
