城市更新工程深基坑接续施工技术研究

Research on Continued Construction Technology of Deep Foundation Pit in Urban Renewal Project

以改扩建为代表的城市更新工程因其特殊性,一旦基坑工程中止并长时间搁置,整个工程的危险性会直线上升。基于一个高层建筑改扩建项目,研究了深基坑接续施工的关键要点,从新老围护接缝处理、原废弃降水井清除、钢筋及钢构件除锈、新老地下结构衔接、新老构件连接、原有水平支撑的竖向加固等方面提出针对性的处置措施,为类似工程提供了参考。

Due to the unique nature of urban renewal projects involving reconstruction and expansion,once the foundation pit project is suspended and put on hold for a long time,the risk of the whole project will increase significantly.Based on a high-rise building reconstruction and expansion project,the key points of deep foundation pit continuous construction are studied.Targeted implementation measures are put forward from the aspects of joint processing of new and old enclosures,removal of original abandoned dewatering wells,rust removal of steel bars and steel members,connection of new and old underground structures,connection of new and old members,and vertical reinforcement of original horizontal support.It serves as a reference for similar projects.
