摘要
以宁波象山鹤浦天主教堂建筑工程为例,针对建筑外围“八”字弧形剪力墙清水混凝土施工的特殊工况,经多个外防护架方案的比选,最终选用在弧形剪力墙结构上预埋转接组件+高强螺杆支点的多排外防护架搭设方案,并从外防护架的深化设计、结构验算分析、施工工艺、验收及使用等方面展开阐述,指出该防护架可作为同类结构(内倾直线或者弧形的混凝土结构)的外防护架体施工提供有价值的参考。
Taking Ningbo Xiangshan Hepu Catholic Church project as an example,in view of the special working conditions of fair-faced concrete construction of the splayed arc shear wall in building envelope,after comparison and selection of several external protective frame schemes,the multi-row external protective frame erection scheme of embedding adapter components+high-strength screw fulcrum on the arc shear wall structure is finally selected.The detailed design,structure checking analysis,construction technology,acceptance and use of the external protective frame are described,and it is pointed out that the protective frame can be used as a valuable reference for the construction of the external protective frame of similar structures(inward linear or arc-shaped concrete structures).
