橡胶夹芯钢管灌注隔震桩施工技术研究

摘要 在建筑行业中,一些高精密设备厂房、车间等对建筑物减隔震要求比较高,为避免周边环境道路等对建筑物的震动影响,通常情况下会在建筑物基础设置减震支座或者在建筑物周边设置隔震沟等减隔震措施。但也存在建筑物周边场地受限等情况,无法进行隔震沟等设置,因此考虑在建筑物桩基上包裹减隔震材料,进而切断或者减少周边环境道路等振动通过基础桩基对建筑物产生的影响。主要研究通过减隔震桩的设计减少周边环境对建筑物的影响,特殊环境下减隔震桩的施工,减隔震桩施工的质量保证以及减隔震桩施工过程中的安全问题等,总结的经验可供类似项目借鉴。 In the construction industry,several high-precision equipment plants and workshops have high requirements for seismic isolation of buildings.In order to avoid the impact of surrounding environment and roads on the vibration of buildings,seismic isolation measures such as shock absorption bearings are usually set at the foundation of buildings,or isolation ditches are set around buildings.It is unlikely to set up isolation ditches due to the limited site around the building.Therefore,it is considered to wrap the building pile foundation with seismic isolation materials,so as to separate or reduce the impact of the surrounding environment,roads and other vibrations on the building through the foundation pile foundation.This paper mainly studies how to reduce the impact of the surrounding environment on buildings through the design of seismic isolation piles,the construction of seismic isolation piles in special environment,the quality assurance of seismic isolation pile construction,and the safety problems in the construction process of seismic isolation piles.The summarized experience can be used for reference for similar projects.
