摘要
针对建筑业电商平台服务质量参差不齐,管理与服务缺乏标准化规范的问题,以上海某电商公司为例,对适合建筑业电商平台的服务规范进行探讨,取得了初步的结论,以期为建筑业电商平台的规范化服务提供参考。
As to the inconsistent service quality of e-commerce platforms in the construction industry and the lack of standardized management and service specifications,taking a certain e-commerce company in Shanghai as a case study,a suitable service specification for e-commerce platforms in the construction industry is discussed,and some preliminary conclusions are drawn.It is expected to provide a reference for the standardized service on construction industry e-commerce platforms.
