云南省高校中长跑运动员常见伤病及其原因的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Common Injuriesand Diseasesand Causes Sof Middle and Long g Distance Runners in Yunnan Province's Universities

摘要 该文以调查云南省高校中长跑运动员常见伤病及其原因为目的,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,通过以云南师范大学、大理大学、红河学院、滇西应用技术大学、云南农业大学的34名体育专业备战云南省田径运动会的中长跑运动员作为调查对象,探讨高校中长跑运动员常见伤病来制定预防措施。研究表明,高校中长跑运动员常见伤病种类较多,伤病的发生与多种因素有关,针对调查所得结果,制定预防措施提出建议以减少运动损伤和疾病的发生,延长运动年限,提高训练效果. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the common injuriesand diseasesand their causes of middle and longdistancerunners in colleges and universitiesin Yunnan province,adopting research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,and mathematical statistics,and exploring the common injuries and their causes in colleges and universities by taking34 middle and longdistance runners majoring in physical education and preparing for Yunnan Provincial Athletics Meet in Yunnan Normal University,Dali University,Honghe University,West Yunnan University of Applied Sciences,and Yunnan Agricultural University as the object of the survey,and discussing the common injuries and diseases of middle and longdistancerunners in colleges and universities to develop preventive measures.The studyhas shown that there are many types of common injuries and diseases amongmiddle and longdistance runners in colleges and universities,and the occurrence of injuries and diseases is related to a variety of factors.In view ofthe survey results,we put forward suggestions for the development of preventive measuresin orderto reduce the occurrence of sports injuries and diseases,prolong the duration of exercise,and improve the effect of training.
