摘要
该文通过逻辑分析法、文献资料法,探析非智力因素的概念、作用以及对体育技能学习的影响因素和助推策略。非智力因素在体育技能学习中的影响因素主要有情感层面:高校学生学习体育技能的需要与动机,高校学生学习体育技能的态度与价值观。环境层面:体育运动的社会环境,校园体育设施及师资力量,学生家庭情况与体育锻炼氛围。据此提出非智力因素对体育技能学习的助推策略为:增加学习需要与增强学习动机;树立正确的学习态度与价值观;提高社会以及家庭的体育氛围;改善学生学习的校园体育环境。
Using logical analysis and literature methods,this study explores the concept and role of non-intellectual factors,as well as their influencing factors and boosting strategieson physical education skill learning.The influencing factors of non-intellectual factorsin physical education skill learning are mainly emotional level:the need and motivation of college students to learn physical education skills,and the attitude and value of college students to learn physical education skills.The environmental level:the social environment of sports,campus sports facilities and faculty,students family situation and physical activity atmosphere.Accordingly,it is proposed that the strategies of non-intellectual factors to promote the learning of sports skills are:to increase the need and motivation for learning;to establish correct attitudes and values for learning;to improve the sports atmosphere in the society and families;and to improve the campus sports environment for students'learning.
