初中“快乐体育”教学理念落实问题与策略分析

摘要 中学阶段既是文化学习的重要阶段,也是身体素养发展的奠基时期,因此中学阶段不仅需要重视学生文化学习兴趣的培养,也应注重学生体育运动兴趣的培养,让其以良好的文化素养、强健的体魄走好未来的路。“快乐体育”作为一种新型教育理念,核心目标导向学生体育运动中最深层次的快感,让学生在欢乐的体育氛围中进行体育运动并爱上体育运动。该文结合“快乐体育”教育理念原则,分析中学阶段体育教学的实际问题,并针对性地提出相应的优化策略,以期实现中学体育高效率、高质量的教学。 The middle school stage is not only an important stage of cultural learning,but also a foundation period forthe development of physical literacy,so the middle school stage not only needs to pay attention to the cultivation of students'interest in cultural learning,but also should pay attention to the cultivation of students'interest inphysical education,so that they can walk the road of the future with a good cultural literacy and a strong body.As a new educational concept,the core goal of"happy physical education"is to guide students to the deepest level of pleasure in physical education,so that students can play sports in a happy physical education atmosphere and fall in love with physical education.In this regard,this paper combinestheprinciple of"happy physical education"education concept,analyzes the practical problems of middle school physical education,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,in order to achieve high efficiency and high quality teaching of middle school physical education.
