洪泽区小学校园足球发展现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Campus s Football Devel-opment in Primary Schools of Hongze District

足球作为世界第一运动在中国也深受群众的喜爱,并有着极大的影响力,但是中国足球却长期在低谷排,中国足球菱靡现状与中国足球的底层基础特别是校园足球开展的现状有着密切关系。该文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等对洪泽区小学校园足球开展状况及其影响因素进行分析研究后得出以下结论:校园足球运动组织形式单一,未能营造良好的校园足球氛围;经费不足导致部分学校的场地设施落后,以及对体育教师的吸引力不足;体育主管部门和部分学校领导对校园足球运动的重视程度不够。提出如下对策:采取多元的校园足球组织形式;积极拓宽资金来源渠道;通过相关体育与教育部门的分工协作提高对校园足球的重视程度;加强与当地新闻媒体的合作交流,积极举办足球夏令营等活动。

Football,as the world'snumber one sport,is also deeply loved by the masses in China and has a great influence,but Chinese football has been lingering in the trough for a long time,the malaise of Chinese football is closely related to the bottom foundation of Chinese football,especially the current situation of campus football development.Through the literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper analyzes and studies the situation and influencing factors of campus football in primary schools in Hongze District,and draws the following conclusions:the single form of campus football sportsorganization fails to create a good campus football atmosphere;the lack of funds leads to the backward facilities of some schools and the lack of attraction for physical educationteachers;the sports authorities and some school leaders do not attachenoughimportance to campus footballThe sports authorities and some school teachers do not pay enough attetion to campus football.The following countermeasures are proposed:adopting diversified organization formsof campus football,actively expandingthe channels of funds;increasing the importance of campus football through the division of work between the relevant sports and education departmentstrengthening cooperation and communication with the local news media,and actively organizingactivities such as football summer camps.
