Theory and Method of Testing Football Special Strength and Quality

力量素质是体能测试的重要组成部分,在现代科学技术背景下,为提高比赛成绩与运动表现水平,体能作为竞技能力核心能力之一愈发受到运动队主教练的重视。然而力量测试的方法没有得到有效的提高,根据理论训练方法得到的力量素质指标欠缺可靠性和有效性。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,旨在分析足球专项力量测试方法,提高足球专项力量测试效用。

Strength quality is an important component of physical fitness test,and in the context of modern science and technology,physical fitness,as one of the core competencies of competitive ability,has been increasingly valued by sports team coachesin order to improve the level of competition results and sports performance.However,the methods of strength testing have not been effectively improved,andthe indicatorsof strength qualityobtained according tosufficient theoretical training methods lack reliability and validity.This paper uses literature method and logical analysis method,aimingto analyzethe method of football special strength testand improve the effectiveness of football special strength test.
