基于超级电容储能的电压暂降综合治理技术研究

摘要 长兴辖区内部分海洋装备企业对供电电能质量有着较高的要求,而电网故障、计划停电、抢修等情况下重合闸引起的电压暂降是影响供电电能质量的最大因素。通过超级电容瞬时储能、放电控制技术,结合电容器变频器直流侧支撑稳压原理,设计了通用性强的直流母线接入式电压暂降治理方案。该电压暂降综合治理技术避免了储能设备的交流多次转换,其能耗水平较使用不间断电源大幅降低,可做到接近零待机能耗水平,同时也省去了交流直流二次变换的变流器的昂贵成本。最重要的是,直流侧电压暂降治理技术可做到零秒无接缝动作,从而极大地提升了电压暂降治理效果。 Some marine equipment enterprises in the jurisdiction of Changxing have high requirements for the quality of power supply,and the voltage sag caused by reclosing in situations such as power grid faults,planned power outages,and emergency repairs is the biggest factor affecting the quality of power supply.By utilizing the instantaneous energy storage and discharge control technology of supercapacitors,combined with the DC side sup⁃port voltage stabilization principle of capacitor frequency converters,a universal DC bus connection type voltage sag control scheme is designed to avoid multiple AC conversions of energy storage equipment.Its energy con⁃sumption level is significantly reduced compared with the case of using uninterruptible power supplies,nearly achieving zero standby energy consumption level.At the same time,it saves the expensive cost of AC/DC sec⁃ondary conversion converters.Most importantly,the DC side voltage sag control technology can achieve unde⁃layed seamless operation,greatly improving the effectiveness of voltage sag control.
