计及中性点电位均衡的VIENNA型整流器简化空间矢量调制方法

摘要 当能量无需双向传递时,常规的二电平、三电平型变换器存在一定缺陷,为克服该缺陷,针对三电平三开关型VIENNA型整流器进行了工作机理以及拓扑结构分析。由于VIENNA型整流器在直流侧会产生中性点电位脉动,所以在SVPWM算法的占空比分布中引入直流母线电容的电压变化量参数,这能够改变矢量作用时间,从而实现中性点电位均衡。研究了三电平转二电平的一种SVPWM简化调制方法,并验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性。 When energy is not transferred bidirectionally,conventional two-level and three-level converters have some defects.In order to eliminate the defects,the topology and working mechanism of the three-level,threeswitch VIENNA rectifier are analyzed in this paper.Because VIENNA rectifier will produce neutral point poten⁃tial pulsation on the DC side,adding the voltage variation parameter of DC bus capacitor to the duty ratio distribu⁃tion of SVPWM algorithm can change the vector action time and realize neutral point potential equalization.Mean⁃while,a simplified SVPWM modulation method for three-level to two-level conversion is studied.The practical⁃ity and effectiveness of the method are tested and verified.
