综合康复训练结合富血小板血浆注射技术治疗运动性膝关节损伤患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with platelet-rich plasma injection in the treatment of exercise-induced knee injury

目的探讨综合康复训练结合富血小板血浆(PRP)注射技术治疗运动性膝关节损伤患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月至12月厦门市第五医院收治的80例运动性膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用综合康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础之上配合PRP注射技术治疗,比较两组的疼痛情况、炎症因子水平变化情况、膝关节屈肌、伸肌肌力情况及膝关节功能情况。结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、骨关节炎指数、膝关节功能评分、膝关节屈肌肌力、膝关节伸肌肌力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复训练结合PRP注射技术在促运动性膝关节损伤患者康复中的作用显著,可推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with injection of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of patients with exercise-induced knee injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with exercise-induced knee injury admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from June to December 2021 were selected as study objects.They were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group were treated with PRP injection technology on the basis of the control group.The pain,inflammatory factor level changes,knee flexor and extensor muscle strength and knee function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of pain(visual analogue scale[VAS]),osteoarthritis index,knee function score,knee flexor muscle strength,knee extensor muscle strength in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with PRP injection plays a significant role in promoting the rehabilita-tion of patients with exercise-induced knee injury and can be widely used.
