新医科背景下临床医学专业本科实习生科研能力培养的探索

Exploration on the cultivation of scientific research ability of clinical medical undergraduate interns under the background of new medicine

新医科背景下,国家对医学本科教育发展提出新的要求,其内涵是发展创新型、科技型、综合化的医学教育,目标是培养精医学、懂科技的卓越人才。随着医学的迅猛发展,医学与工科、理科、文科等多学科交叉融合的新医科,推动了新一轮的医学教育改革和人才培养模式创新,对新时代医学生的科研方面提出了新要求。本文从医学实习生现有培养目标出发,提出现有医学实习生科研能力培养面临的问题,同时结合临床带教过程中的经验,提出一些临床带教过程中实习生科研能力培养切实可行的办法及途径,主要体现在注重实习生科学精神、科研意识、科研思维的培养以及提出科学问题、解决科学问题能力的培养,对探索新医科背景下医学实习生的科研能力培养有着重要意义和借鉴作用。

Under the background of new medicine,new requirements are put forward for the development of undergraduate medical education.Its connotation is to develop innovative,technology-based and integrated medical education,and the goal is to train outstanding talents who know fine medicine and science and technology.With the rapid progress of medicine,new requirements are put forward for the scientific research of medical students in the new era.Based on the existing training ob-jectives of medical interns and combined with the author's own experience in clinical teaching,this paper summarizes some practical methods to improve the scientific research ability of interns.It is mainly reflected in the training of interns'scien-tific spirit,scientific research consciousness,scientific research thinking,and the training of their ability to raise and solve scientific problems,which has important significance and reference role in exploring the scientific research ability training of medical interns under the background of new medicine.
